Chelsey featured highly in the media for the launch of “The Advert Channel” and “Your Destiny TV” and provides clients with comprehensive business strategies advice primarily within the media industry. Chelsey is an established TV presenter which enhances her ability as a Casting Director in understanding on-screen requirements.
Alina Stary
Production Manager Alina has over 10 years experience in high end broadcasting with both creative and management credits. With a unique understanding of modern broadcast systems and client needs, Alina has a hands on approach to people and production management having produced programming for both UK and European Broadcasters, including Sky, Polsat, Telewest and Flextech. Alina produced the UK's first ever Live televised and web streamed "Halloween Live".
Kieran Matthew Head of Production Kieran has extensive experience of setting up and managing broadcast companies. The pioneer of NaSTA, Channel Manager for Telewest/Flextech, and founder member of "The Completely Creative Group", Kieran has spent the past two years specialising in emerging broadcast technologies and post production. Kieran has substantial production and technical expertise with studio management and CGI content being particular favourites.
Mike Bryant Head of Photography Mike is a leading photographer with over 25 years worth of credits ranging from corporate clients to high end fashion and editorial. Mike is responsible for PhotoShop editing and overseas all the photographic work at Success Media due to his vast experience in image creation and enhancement.
